The event will be free of charge and will include even a free lunch at the University Mensa. Yes, free lunch. No trick.

Hotels

The venue is close to the center of the city. Several hotels offer special University prices that are lower than the listed ones. Please just mention "University Conference" in your reservation. If the hotel does not offer a different price, please let us know.
