Changes Serge Demeyer made to the OORP slides (August 2003)

Started from OMGDays2003 (created by Stephane Ducasse) to produce version for OOPSLA2003

OVERALL
- Changed all red coloured italic text to use the "accent color" of the color scheme
- Changed the "Note page"layout so tat more space is available for notes
==> Saved that into a new OORPT.pot template

- For all files, set page set-up to US-legal in Page-setup -> options ... (that's what used when printing)
The page set-up in the main dialog box remains "on-screen slide show"

00Cover
- Adapted to reflect proper data

01Intro
- Added a few slides (What about Components ? How to deal with Legacy ?)
==> If you don't like them, you can always HIDE them for the presentation
	(hiding ? slide sorter view)
- Changed order of the slides a bit.
Moved "outline" to 2nd slide, renamed into "Schedule" and put a time-clock on it, to emphasise the idea that we should come back to it once in a while
- Changed "Common Symptoms" to emphasise the measurable symptoms that can be easily improved during reengineering
- I did hide the slides "A Map of Reengineering Patterns" and the "Summary". I kept them in the notes, but don't include them in the talk. You're free to shem them again if necessary.
- Completed the slide-notes

02 Reverse Engineering
- Mainly reduced emphasis colouring
(There is no point in making complete sentences in emphasis)

03 Visualisation
- Adapted the little intermediate slides

04 Migration
- Nothing except overall changes

05Duplication
- Added not about white space on slide 1.4

06 Restructuring
- Added "Program Transformation" to Reengineering life-cycle
- Added animation for slides Problem / Solution slides
 (6.4, 6.9, 6.13 -- )
- Hide slides 6.7 -- 6.19, 6.20
(I prefer to use the example slides than the generic templates)
- Added extra navigation slide between "Redistribute" and "Transform Conditionals"
- Hide the "Forces"s slide; I tell the story with the extra navigation slide
- Moved "Transform Conditionals" overview after examples
Transform Self Type Check/transform Client Type Check
=> this way its easier to show that the two most typical situations have lots of variations
- Expanded the Conclusion

07 Tools
- Nothing except overall changes

08 Conclusion
- Nothing except overall changes
